I don't like blogs much; in fact, I don't even like the word "blog"; couldn't they come up with a word that wasn't so ugly? It sounds more appropriate as a description of what I did over the toilet that one time I ate those olives I found in the back of the fridge.
Everyone is blogging these days however, and now that we are leaving all of our friends and our home of four years, I guess we've got to do something to stay in touch better.
Anyway, hopefully this inaugural blog will find its way into the shadows and never be seen much, yet still serve as an ignition to future blog entries.
